- Chamomile – Soothes inflammation and settles the nerves. A classic herb for rest and gentle digestion.
- Fennel Seeds – Sweet and digestive-friendly, fennel eases bloating and adds a naturally pleasant flavor.
- Peppermint – Opens the airways and cools congestion. Refreshing and kid-approved.
- Lemon Balm – Uplifts mood and supports viral defense. A bright herb for emotional and immune balance.
- Elderflower – Traditionally used for fevers and colds. Gently detoxifying and immune-supportive.
- Ginger (dried) – Adds warmth and aids circulation. Included in a light dose for sensitive bellies.
🫖 How to Use
- Use 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf blend per 8 oz cup of freshly boiled water
- Steep covered for 5–7 minutes
- Strain and serve warm
- Sweeten with jaggery, maple syrup, or honey (age 1+ only) if desired.
